LN3433
The LN3433 is a 1A, high efficiency, synchronous step-down switching converter. When the load current drops in uA range, the quiescent current at the nanoampere level provides a very high efficiency. With a minimum input voltage of 2V, the LN3433 allows the system to operate directly from the battery.
The constant-on-time control scheme provides fast transient response, high light-load efficiency and smaller capacitance requirements. The regulation can be made tight by integrating error amplifier to correct the output voltage.
Fault protection functions include under-voltage protection (UVLO), over-current protection (OCP), and thermal shutdown.
The LN3433 only requires a small number of easily accessible standard peripheral components to work. The LN3433 is available in a small SOT23-6L package or DFN2020-6L.
