The FM25G02C is a 2G-bit (256M-byte) SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) NAND Flash memory, with advanced write protection mechanisms. The FM25G02C supports the standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), Dual/Quad I/O option.
