JWH7911

The JWH7911 is a 120V, high frequency, high-side and low-side N-Channel power MOSFET driver IC. JWH7911 can deliver high peak pulses of up to 4A source and 4A sink into capacitive loads along with rail-to-rail drive capability, which significantly reduces switching power losses and eliminates the need for external totem-pole buffers in many applications. The input structure is able to directly handle -10VDC, which increases robustness and also allows direct interface to gate-drive transformers without using rectification diodes. The high-side and low-side driver channels are independently controlled and matched with typical 4ns in time delay. The integrated bootstrap circuit reduces external component count.
